Due to the specialist nature of our business — supplying research-grade peptides for laboratory use only — standard consumer returns are not possible. The policy reflects the following:

• Research compounds cannot be verified as unopened, uncontaminated, or correctly stored once they have left our controlled facility.
• The integrity and purity of any product that has left us cannot be guaranteed if it were sent back, which creates a safety and compliance risk.
• UK consumer law contains exemptions and limitations for certain specialist and sealed products; our materials are supplied strictly for in-vitro research and are treated as non-returnable by both us and our suppliers.

We source peptides through manufacturers and distributors who do not accept returns of peptide stock. We therefore have no mechanism to "send product back" for credit, replacement at source, or reimbursement. That limitation applies to every order regardless of reason given after dispatch.

Even where a parcel arrives damaged or an item appears wrong, we do not offer refunds or accept physical returns. You may still contact us with your order number and clear photographs for our records and so we can review the incident internally — this does not change our no-refund, no-return policy.

We strongly advise you to review product specifications, quantities, and legal restrictions carefully before paying. If anything is unclear, use our Contact or FAQ pages before you commit to a purchase.
