If you have a problem with an existing order — such as a missing item, incorrect product, damaged packaging, or a delivery that has not arrived within the expected timeframe — please contact us as soon as possible.
When reporting an order issue, please have the following ready:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email or under My Account → Orders)
- A description of the problem
- Photographs where relevant (e.g. damaged packaging or incorrect items)
We will investigate all order issues thoroughly and respond within one business day with a resolution or next steps.
Refund Policy — Important Notice
Due to the specialist nature of our business — supplying research-grade peptides for laboratory use only — we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances once you have completed your purchase, including after goods have left our premises. Our suppliers do not take research materials back, so we cannot obtain refunds or credit upstream.

Website or Technical Problems
If you have encountered a bug, broken link, payment error, or any other technical issue on our website, please let us know. Your report helps us maintain the best possible experience for all customers.
When reporting a technical issue, please include:
- The URL of the page where the problem occurred
- A description of what happened and what you expected to happen
- The browser and device you were using (e.g. Chrome on Windows 11)
- A screenshot if possible
We aim to investigate and resolve all technical reports within two business days.
Product Quality Concerns
The quality and integrity of our research peptides is our highest priority. If you have any concern about the quality, purity, or appearance of a product you have received, please:
- Stop use of the product immediately and keep it in its original packaging
- Do not dispose of the product or packaging — keep them for our records and any follow-up correspondence (we do not accept physical returns)
- Contact us immediately via our Contact page, including your order number and a description of your concern
- Include photographs of the product and packaging where possible
All quality concerns are escalated to our quality assurance team and investigated in accordance with our internal quality control procedures. We take every report of this nature extremely seriously.
Reporting Misuse or Inappropriate Conduct
If you believe that our products or website are being misused, or if you have witnessed conduct that breaches our terms of use — including any attempt to purchase products for human consumption — please report this to us immediately.
All such reports are treated with the utmost seriousness and in strict confidence. We may be legally obligated to refer certain reports to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
No Refunds Policy
No returns and no refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. Our suppliers do not accept peptide stock back, so we cannot pass on refunds or exchanges.
