Reverse Peptide Calculator

Smart reconstitution for a clean syringe draw. Pick the units you want to pull, and this tool calculates how much bacteriostatic water to add.

Research use only: This calculator is for in-vitro laboratory research planning. It is not medical advice and does not establish a dosing recommendation.

Reverse Peptide Calculator

Pick your syringe draw first — we calculate how much BAC water to add

1 unit = 0.01 mL on a standard U-100 insulin syringe.

Use this much BAC water

5.00mL

to draw 25 units for a 0.50 mg dose.

Concentration: 2000 mcg/mL (2.00 mg/mL).

Micrograms ↔ Milligrams

mcg =0.500 mg

Milliliters ↔ Units

mL =25.0 units

This works backwards from a standard calculator. Instead of entering BAC water and getting a draw amount, you choose a clean draw (like 10, 20, or 50 units) and the tool solves for the BAC water needed.

How this calculator works

A standard peptide calculator asks how many syringe units to draw after you enter your BAC water volume. This reverse calculator works the other way around: you choose the draw size you want, and it solves for the BAC water that produces it.

Formula: BAC water (mL) = (vial mg × draw units × 0.01) ÷ dose mg. Example: a 10 mg vial, 500 mcg (0.5 mg) dose, and a 25-unit draw (0.25 mL) needs 5 mL bacteriostatic water.
